Construction on another Redland project is underway at one of the last undeveloped corners along the Powers corridor in Colorado Springs.

Powers Pointe, a brand new retail center located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Powers Boulevard and Barnes Road in Colorado Springs, started construction this fall.  The infill center will have over 125,000 square feet of retail space, with additional outlots for future expansion.  The anchor tenant will be Sprouts Farmers Market, occupying roughly 30,000 square feet.  Redland has provided civil engineering and entitlements services for this project, which is slated to open by summer 2017.
