Redland Races for Schools, Non-Profits, and Pie!

Dec 05, 2016

Ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, several Redland associates laced up their running shoes and headed to Denver’s City Park for the annual Pumpkin Pie 5k.

Health & wellness is very important at Redland and, in order to encourage an active culture in the office, the company sponsors registrations for several races over the year.

The Pumpkin Pie 5k is a held annually in Denver, benefitting a variety of educational foundations and local non-profit organizations.

Not deterred by the chilly weather, Redland team members arrived early to City Park and lined up at the start line.  Once the race kicked off, they made their way through a beautiful course that sent them past the Denver Zoo and around Ferril Lake.  At the finish line, each runner was rewarded with a delicious slice of pumpkin pie!
