Every winter, the Redland office fills with the savory aroma of homemade chili, letting all the associates know that the annual Chili Cookoff competition is underway.

Team members brought their best they had to offer and the office was treated to a delicious spread of chili recipes and scratch-made side dishes.  Standard red and green varieties were on the menu – a spicy chili with chocolate was one of the more adventurous options.  Winners were awarded prizes such as a cast iron cornbread skillet and small pepper plants.  This event was a great way to celebrate the turning of the season. The Redland team can’t wait for next year!
