This month, a Redland team member reached a major milestone. 

Redland associate, Steve, recently achieved seven years of service with the firm.  As a part of Redland’s employee benefits, associates who reach seven years of service with the firm earn four weeks of continuous leave with a travel bonus in order to pursue their life goals outside the office.  Steve is the first team member to achieve this milestone in the company’s eight years of operation.

Company president, Chris Pangburn proudly presented Steve with a jumbo-sized check and offered his congratulations, “We’re happy to present Steve with this Sabbatical award and look forward to seeing many other Associates take advantage of this well-earned month-long break and bonus to enjoy the extra things in life.”

Steve, who posed for a picture with Redland’s founders, will be kicking off his sabbatical with a trip to Ireland, “It’s been exciting.  I’m looking forward to the next seven years.  We’re on to Dublin.”
