As Strategic Initiatives Manager and Co-Founder at Redland, Fred leads critical company initiatives while creating learning opportunities for employees through Redland University.

Specializing in complex challenges that position Redland for sustained growth, Fred takes on projects that require methodical planning and execution. From system implementations to contract oversight and corporate agreements, he handles essential projects that keep the company moving forward.

Fred is a trusted resource for design and project guidance, sharing decades of experience to help navigate challenges and refine skills. He builds and oversees Redland University’s frameworks, connecting employees with ongoing training and mentoring opportunities. 

A licensed professional engineer with a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, Fred takes a patient and intentional approach to planning, understanding that thoughtful preparation at the beginning saves time and prevents problems later.

Born and raised in Denver, Fred and his wife have two daughters, one who is studying civil engineering (the engineering apple doesn’t fall far from the tree). In his free time, he enjoys landscape photography and traveling, believing that life is too short not to explore and do what you love.
