Westend

Westend is located at the site of the former Mail-Well Envelope factory immediately north of City of Cuernavaca Park in Downtown Denver’s Prospect District. A prime location with easy access to I-25 and a bike ride into the city, Westend welcomes those with an affinity for the Denver life.

Redland worked closely with the development team to navigate the entitlement phase. Union Pacific Railroad, Denver Water, and the Metro District all required coordination early in the process to ensure later success. In addition, Redland provided services including site planning/grading, drainage and detention, parking lot and roadway design, and utility design.
