Brian’s expertise in large-scale master planning has been instrumental in the success of master-planned communities, and mixed use, residential, and commercial developments. Trusted for his meticulous planning and diligent follow-through, his ability to anticipate challenges and client needs before they arise has made him invaluable in navigating complex projects.
Known for his empowering leadership style, Brian sets his team up for success while mentoring the next generation of project managers. His approach focuses on elevating others, understanding that collective success benefits everyone.
A licensed professional engineer with a BS in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, Brian joined Redland in 2011 and has played a foundational role in building the civil engineering practice from its early stages to the thriving department it is today. Named to the leadership team in 2025, his commitment to building something lasting shows in both the communities he helps create and the company culture he helps foster.
At home, Brian is a devoted husband and dad who enjoys Colorado’s outdoor adventures with his wife of 31 years. When he’s not catching a Weird Al concert at Red Rocks, Brian can be found biking, hiking 14ers, or camping throughout the state.
