Meridian Village is a mixed-use master planned community in Douglas County, just west of Parker, Colorado. The neighborhood is special with a variety of housing options, proximity to activities and essentials, as well as embracing the Colorado lifestyle.
Redland provided Civil Engineering and surveying services for the design and entitlement of 195 single-family detached residential homes and 241 multi-family homes. Redland worked closely with national builders, Richmond American Homes and KB Homes, to create a functional and desirable suburban community.
Redland prepared complete entitlement and construction documents for approval by the Meridian Design Control Committee, Meridian Metropolitan District, and Douglas County. These documents included Sketch Plans, Combined Preliminary Plan, Final Plat Documents, and Engineering Construction Documents for six separate subdivisions. Additionally, the design for a bridge crossing over Badger Gulch required a Conditional Letter of Map Revision for approval by Douglas County, Urban Drainage, and FEMA.
