Waterstone

The Waterstone project in Aurora, Colorado was originally planned in 2008 and includes nearly 450 single-family detached lots in four separate filings. This project is located in the growing E470 corridor south of Interstate 70 and near the Aurora Sports Park. The project was reapproved in 2018.

Located along Coal Creek, near Mississippi Avenue and Harvest Road, Waterstone is a traditional single-family neighborhood perfect for growing families. The neighborhood is designed with a central park including a playground, picnic tables, benches, trails and a turf play area. A second park is included near Coal Creek and includes additional trails and picnic tables. A regional trail is included along the southwest bank of Coal Creek with plans for a crossing to future filings north of the creek.
