Crescence, a new master-planned community in Elbert County, Colorado has taken a major step forward. Located just 19 miles southeast of the Denver Tech Center and 12 miles east of the Town of Parker, Crescence is situated alongside County Road 29 and County Road 174. In December 2023, Elbert County Commissioners approved rezoning the property to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) and paved the way for its first Plat to be submitted later this year.
From the beginning, Crescence has been planned and designed as a conservation-minded community with over 50% of the development dedicated to remain as open space. This is exciting news considering the size of the community at over 1,400 acres and 2,850 homes. Crescence will also provide residents with miles of trails, numerous outdoor experiences, a community center, and a variety of convenience retail options.
Redland began design on Crescence in 2021 including Land Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, and entitlement services. Redland has worked closely with Tim Craft and his team at Craft Companies to ensure that Crescence will be a desirable, well-planned, and preservation-focused community.
Construction is anticipated to begin in 2024. For more information on Crescence, you can visit the FAQ board HERE.
