Shea Properties set out to create a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood anchored by a 3-acre park as the central focus.  The Central Park is surrounded by the Retail Village, townhomes, apartments, and UC Health Hospital.  The focus of the park is a 150’ tall radio tower for the Douglas County Sheriff and a central plaza. A beer garden, maze, fountain, and  lawn provide numerous amenities to explore and enjoy.

Redland coordinated with multiple stake holders including the Sheriff’s Department, Highlands Ranch Metropolitan District and Shea Properties. Services included detailed grading, utility infrastructure and construction support.
