Great Western Industrial Park is a 3,000 acres industrial park located in the Town of Windsor and unincorporated Weld County, Colorado. Redland’s role is preparing due diligence reports, master plans, stormwater management, floodplain analysis and site development to assist in the marketing and development of the undeveloped areas of the industrial park.
Specifically, Redland’s recent work has included the following projects: Secondary Access Connection – design of a 10,000 LF road widening and extension project
to provide a 3 lane, rural Collector roadway from Hwy 257 to the existing south terminus of Great Western Drive; Floodplain Modification of the John Law Ditch – A Conditional Letter of Map Revision application for the lower John Law Ditch from Eastman Park Drive to the Cache La Poudre River based on new topography; Non- Potable Water System – Master Study for the entire Park and Construction Plans for a new Pump Station, Supply Pond and Distribution mains for the eastern portion of the Park.
