Cresence is a master-planned community in Elbert County, Colorado. The project includes 50% open space and has been planned and designed as a conservation-minded community. With a mix of residential housing and neighborhood retail, Cresence still has hundreds of acres dedicated to parks and trails. The new development will feature pioneering water conservation and a non-potable water system. Ultimately, the project will include up to 2,099 single-family detached lots, 108 paired single-family attached lots, 411 townhomes, 232 multi-family units, and 12 acres of neighborhood retail.
Craft Companies has assembled a development team including Redland, Brownstein, Hyatt Farber and Scheck, MSK Consulting, and LCS Transportation. Redland is providing a full suite of services for this master planned community including Land Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management and Aztec Consulting.
The Rezone to Planned Unit Development and Preliminary Plat were approved by Elbert County in December 2023. Construction is anticipated in 2024.
