The Dillon Pointe neighborhood is an extension of the highly successful Aspen Creek neighborhood within the growing City and County of Broomfield, CO. With breathtaking views of the front range, the Dillon Pointe neighborhood celebrates its proximity to the surrounding open space as well as its strong connections to city life. The neighborhood is designed with several unique enclaves with a lower density single family to the south along the existing Aspen Creek neighborhood while providing higher density urban townhomes along the active Dillon Road corridor. Dillon Pointe will feature a mix of single-family homes and townhomes.

The neighborhood open space provides a network of trail corridors, pocket parks and a central Neighborhood Park.  The Central Park will preserve and enhance the existing pond and large Cottonwood trees and act as the main neighborhood gathering place for the residents. The overall planting concept incorporates the Butterfly Pavilion design recommendations and approved plant material to promote healthy habitats and connectivity for native pollinators.

The entitlement process included an Amended Planned Unit Development, Development Standards, Site Development Plan and Final Plat.
