The newly developed Station 53 neighborhood is located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Just minutes away from the Wheat Ridge Ward Station along RTD’s new light rail G-line, Station 53 consists of a mix of townhomes and single-family detached units. Connected by a central green court, this pedestrian-friendly community provides seamless access to bus and commuter rail service located within walking distance of the development.
Station 53 is the result of a collaborative effort between Redland and Brightland Homes. Together, we provided civil engineering, entitlements, land planning, and landscape architecture services, all with the aim of creating a community that truly reflects the spirit of Wheat Ridge. Our design plan focused on creating a transitional community that embraces the freedom of being located between Denver and the Rocky Mountains. The landscape plan integrates water-efficient principles, offering an attractive and sustainable environment for growth.
