A 17,105 square foot multi-story retail building for Christy Sports on a 0.85 acres site located at the southeast corner of US Highway 6 and West Anemone Trail in Dillon, Colorado. The site consisted of the existing building and parking lot which was removed as part of the project. The project included stormwater water quality and underground stormwater detention.
