950 Vapor Trail at Aerotech Commerce Center is a new industrial complex located in Colorado Springs. The 10-acre development includes a 58,500 and 50,000 square-foot warehouse. The property is located in close proximity to the Colorado Springs Airport, and currently houses Carrier West as a tenant. Each building contains 16 loading docks and 8 drive-up doors, with a total of 270 parking spaces.
Redland was contracted for civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the entire project. The project was developed by Central Development, LLC. The building was designed by Intergroup Architecture and built by Alcorn Construction, with surveying done by Aztec Consultants.
Vapor Trail’s first building was completed in 2021 and the 2nd building was completed in August of 2023.
