Braxton Apartments in Lakewood Nearing Completion

Welcome to the neighborhood! Braxton, a 7-story apartment building is quickly rising near the base of Green Mountain. Upon completion, the project will feature 363 residences with panoramic city views and quick access to nearby mountain activities. Braxton is situated on a 3.8-acre redeveloped parcel in Lakewood, Colorado. The apartments will be a welcome addition to the nearby employment hubs of Union Square, the Denver Federal Center, and St. Anthony’s Medical Campus.

Redland was thrilled to assist the developer, Carmel Partners, with another successful project by providing entitlement coordination, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services.
