Redland is proud to be part of the team for Intersand’s new facility in Windsor, Colorado. Intersand, a Canada-based global cat litter producer, just opened its first U.S. headquarters at the Great Western Industrial Park. Their new 46,000 square-foot rail-served facility now provides them expanded packaging and distribution capabilities. Redland enjoyed working with Broe Real Estate, OmniTrax, Hauser Architects, and Golden Triangle Construction to develop this successful project.
