Access 25 Home Depot Center Receives NAIOP Achievement Award

Feb 24, 2023 , , , ,

The Access 25 Logistics Park is a 300-acre master-planned industrial park in Mead, Colorado. The park gets its name thanks to its premium access to Interstate I-25. Located at the cross-section of I-25 and CR 34, future businesses at the park can easily access Colorado’s front range area.  The development features a dual rail service by the BROE Group’s rail affiliate, OmniTrax, making it the only dual rail-served industrial park in the Denver Metro Area.

The park is anchored by a brand new 386,000-square-foot Home Depot Rail-Served Flatbed Distribution Center. The center recently received NAIOP’s Industrial Development of the Year achievement award on behalf of the Broe Group, Broe Real Estate Group, and OmniTRAX. A major tenant at Access 25, Home Depot moving in signifies a growing desire for industrial and manufacturing space in Mead and the rest of Northern Colorado. Redland is proud to be a part of another award-winning project.

Redland has been working on the project through multiple service lines providing civil engineering, land planning, and landscape architecture for the development. Redland has several other projects in the growing industrial service area including the Great Western Industrial Park in Windsor, Encompass Business Park in Centennial, and Aero 70 Logistics Park in Aurora.
