Redland is helping  Lennar Homes  bring brand-new residences to the City of Aurora as the Waterstone, Filing 1 community recently received approval for its Contextual Site Plan.

Located to the northeast of Mississippi Avenue and Harvest Road in Aurora, Filing 1 of Waterstone will be composed of 235 single-family lots over approximately 90 acres.

As a whole, the Waterstone community will include over 600 single-family homes and 125 attached homes over approximately 190 acres with access to open space surrounding Coal Creek.
