Holiday Inn Express at Prairie Center

Holiday Inn Express is a 2-acre, 88 room hotel is located adjacent to Interstate 1-76 and south of Medical Center Drive at Prairie Center in Brighton, Colorado.  This 4-story hotel site is part of the larger Prairie Center development that features a master-planned community and commercial shopping center.

With Redland’s experience in the city of Brighton our team coordinated entitlement services. The Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture teams contracted for the project focused on incorporating low impact development techniques as well as a bio-retention area for the new hotel.
