Baseline Road

Redland provided Civil Engineering and Construction Management services to Ridgeline Vista Metropolitan District in an effort to improve the adjacent Baseline Road. Located in Brighton, this section of Baseline Road required widening and entrances into the upcoming neighborhood, Ridgeline Vista. Our construction managers facilitated pre-construction bidding, contractor selection, and managed the construction phase to bring the project to completion. This project required coordination with two local jurisdictions and was crucial in delivering the next phase of the Ridgeline Vista neighborhood.
