Ridgeline Vista

Ridgeline Vista is a four-phase master planned development currently under construction in Brighton, Colorado. This upcoming neighborhood will be minutes away from downtown Brighton and is surrounded by appealing trails and open space. The development plans to feature a mix of townhomes, single-family attached homes and a neighborhood park.

Redland’s Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture teams provided services for the entitlement and development of the 106 Townhomes in Phase 2. In addition, Redland provided Construction Management services for Baseline Road. Baseline Road provides one of the main entrances into the Ridgeline Vista Community. Our construction managers facilitated pre-construction bidding, contractor selection, and managed the construction phase to bring the project to completion. Redland worked closely with City of Brighton to complete Baseline Rd. and begin Ridgeline Vista plans.
