Barefoot Lakes Parkway

Redland served as the Project Manager for Barefoot Lakes Parkway, a 1.25 miles of Parkway and associated utility infrastructure from Weld County Road 9.5 to Weld County Road 28 within the Town of Firestone. The parkway serves as the entrance into Barefoot Lakes, a master-planned community that continues to grow.

The parkway design included a bifurcated section with varying median width. Floodplain modeling and major drainage infrastructure improvements were included with the parkway design. Redland also provided construction administration for the project. A 4-lane arterial roadway was also required, and it included a preliminary design for the full width section and final construction plans for half width section separated into 3 phases. Design also included multiple major drainage crossings and utility infrastructure.
