New-York based Gotham Greens has a 139,000 square-foot state-of-the-art climate-controlled, high-tech hydroponic greenhouse facility located on a 15-acre lot within the Great Western Industrial Park, a 3,000-acre industrial park located in Windsor, Colorado. Their new facility will allow them to grow and deliver fresh food for grocery retailers, restaurants and foodservice customers throughout the Mountain West region.
Gotham Greens’ 21,000 square-foot Support Building and 118,000 square-foot Greenhouse Building project has 73 parking spaces and 2 loading docks. The site is set up to accommodate expansions of up to 500,000 square-feet of greenhouse space. Redland provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for the new facility.
