Farmlore, a new master-planned community in Brighton, Colorado, will begin construction in 2024. The 500-acre site will be divided into three neighborhoods with a mix of single-family, single-family attached, and multi-family homes. Brighton has a rich history of agriculture, and the new community aims to keep the rural charm alive. The future community park, neighborhood parks, and iconic restored farmhouse will provide a variety of outdoor spaces to celebrate the agricultural character.
Redland has been working with the developer, Vintage Homes and Land LLC, to provide several services for Farmlore. Redland has taken on entitlements, land planning, and landscape architecture for this project.
