Mark Cevaal PE

Sr. Project Manager

Mark Cevall

As Senior Project Manager at Redland, Mark leads commercial and industrial civil engineering projects, building strong client relationships and guiding developments that shape both commerce and industry.

Known for his steady leadership, Mark is valued among clients and colleagues for being highly organized in his approach. In addition to project management, contracts, and billing, he mentors the next generation of engineers, helping them grow into project managers and future leaders, while also contributing to Redland’s business planning and development.

A Chicago native, Mark studied at Calvin University in Michigan before graduating from the Colorado School of Mines. He joined Redland in 2012, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in commercial development. Since then, he has led developments of every scale — from industrial parks and healthcare facilities to retail centers — with expertise in integrating infrastructure, utilities, and site design.

Mark’s time away from work is filled with family, faith, and fresh air. He and his wife share their home with their three kids and his mother, and they spend time at their family cabin hiking, skiing, and enjoying the peace and quiet. He stays active in his church community and is a die-hard Cubs fan, cheering through all the highs and heartbreaks.
