Great Western Industrial Park is a 3,000-acre industrial park located in the Town of Windsor and unincorporated Weld County, Colorado. The park is designed to host all types of end users, with other Redland projects such as Gotham Greens and Intersand establishing their facilities on site. The park revolves around and is optimized by the use of the Great Western Railroad and dual interchanges between BNSF and Union Pacific.

From Land Planning to Civil Engineering Redland has prepared due diligence reports, master plans, stormwater management, floodplain analysis and site development to assist in the marketing and development of the undeveloped areas of the industrial park.

Specifically, Redland’s work has included the following projects: Secondary Access Connection – design of a 10,000 LF road widening and extension project to provide a 3 lane, rural Collector roadway from Hwy 257, floodplain modification, and conducting a master study for the entire park. Redland also provided construction plans for a new pump station, supply pond and distribution mains for the eastern portion of the park.
