Sterling Ranch Receives Approval for Filing 7A

Jun 25, 2024 , , ,

This month, the Sterling Ranch community received Final Plat and Construction Drawing approval for Filing 7A. This upcoming neighborhood will consist of a combination of single-family detached homes and townhomes, totaling over 500 lots. The project includes nearly 80 acres of open space, part of which is designated for a future regional park.

Located in Douglas County between Chatfield State Park and Roxborough State Park, Sterling Ranch is the best-selling Master-Planned development in Colorado and the 39th best-selling Master-Planned development in the nation. When finished, this growing community will include up to 12,000 homes across nine separate villages, a town center, and extensive open space.

Redland provided civil engineering services for not only Filing 7A, but earlier filings as well. You can find out more about Sterling Ranch by visiting their project page HERE.
