Seven Years: Redland Associate Spotlight

This summer, another Redland team member reached a major milestone.

Redland project manager, Mark, recently achieved seven years of working with the firm.  As a part of Redland’s benefits, associates who reach at least the seven-year milestone earn four weeks of continuous leave and receive a travel bonus.  This break enables associates to pursue their life goals outside the office.

Company President, Chris Pangburn, proudly presented Mark a jumbo-sized check along with his congratulations, “Mark recently returned from his month-long sabbatical to rejoin the Redland team.  It’s awesome to see him have an uninterrupted month to tour the east coast and enjoy his family.  Welcome back Mark!”
