Redland associates recently assembled a trip to Encompass Business Park in Centennial for one of our semi-annual Company site visits! Spanning 56 acres, this dynamic project includes a mix of office, industrial, and flex space—making it a perfect example of how design requirements shift depending on the project type.

Encompass continues to grow, with recent approvals and construction kicking off on two new buildings. The site offered a great real-world backdrop for learning, and our senior leaders took the opportunity to turn the visit into a hands-on teaching experience.

Team members rotated through several learning stations, each focused on a different design element—site planning, landscape architecture, building considerations, and drainage. These visits aren’t just a chance to check in on progress—they’re a key part of how we share knowledge, spark discussion, and stay sharp across disciplines.
