Brian Hart, Director of Civil Engineering
Brian Hart is Director of Civil Engineering at Redland, where he leads a growing team that transforms visionary concepts into successful developments. Specializing in large-scale master planning, Brian’s ability to anticipate challenges and client needs before they arise has made him invaluable in navigating complex mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects across Colorado. Since joining Redland in 2011, he has played a foundational role in building Redland’s civil engineering practice from its early stages to the thriving department it is today.
Wade LePlatt, Director of Construction Management
Wade leads an integrated design-bid-build practice, a distinctive model in Colorado’s private development sector. With expertise across both civil engineering and field construction, Wade navigates complexity with a steady focus and collaborative mindset, aligning teams for efficiency on large-scale development projects. Since joining Redland in 2011, he has grown Redland’s construction management practice into an innovative service line that sets projects up for success from day one.
Josie O’Connor, Director of Landscape Architecture & Planning
Josie leads a practice area focused on creating spaces that are both practical and inspiring. Specializing in transforming challenging sites into distinctive focal points that weave local character into functional design, Josie is a trusted creative partner in master-planned, mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects throughout Colorado. Since joining Redland in 2019, she has grown from designer to director, building a practice that balances innovation with functionality while keeping Redland ahead of regional changes and evolving design standards.
Jared MacDonald, Director of Corporate Services
Jared MacDonald leads the company’s internal functions with a focus on coordination and impact. Joining Redland in 2022, he brought event and marketing expertise that has helped shape Redland’s brand and culture. Named to the leadership team in 2023, Jared plays a key role in elevating operations and coordinating Redland’s business objectives to enhance service and capabilities.
