It was another eventful holiday season at Redland, and we capped it off last week with our annual staff meeting and white elephant gift exchange. This event signifies a yearly review as we address our standing in the industry, introduce new hires, and recognize star performing associates. After that, it was all fun and games with a classic white elephant gift exchange. Everything from heated socks, to a meat blanket, to dancing Santas were all unwrapped and stolen. Safe to say this is an event in which we tapped into our creative gift giving side, and something all associates look forward to annually.

We always take this time of year to reflect, celebrate, and give thanks to those we have partnered with throughout the year. Without the supports of our colleagues, clients, and community, Redland could not thrive. From all of us at Redland we wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
