Shops at Central Park: Open for Business

Dec 19, 2017

Shops at Central Park in Highlands Ranch, another Redland project, continues to progress as several of the tenants have opened their doors for business.

Barre3, Mad Greens, Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom, and Orangetheory Fitness are among the newest shops now open in the Central Park neighborhood.

Central Park is adjacent to the thriving Highlands RanchTown Center neighborhood off of Lucent Boulevard just north of C-470.  Encompassing a total of 57 acres, Central Park will include new retail, restaurants, apartments, single-family homes, as well as a new UC Health medical campus.  At the epicenter of this development will be an community park with interactive plaza elements and public art.

Redland is working for the owner, Shea Properties, for the retail/restaurant development and the park element, totaling approximately 14 acres.  We are proud to be providing civil engineering, entitlement, and planning services for this project.
