Seven Years at Redland: Associate Spotlight

Redland’s very own, Joshua Ginther, recently reached his seventh year with the company and returned from his month-long sabbatical. Joshua has been with Redland as a Civil Engineer since 2016, and has proven to not only be an essential staff member in major projects but a role model for Redland culture as well.

In addition to the month away, each recipient receives a $5,000 bonus, this is Redland’s way of showing appreciation for the associate’s dedication and loyalty throughout the years. The associate can use the time and money however they wish, Joshua being a husband and father, prioritized time with his family and new activities.

“I had the opportunity to enjoy the holidays, Colorado winter sports, and a new hobby. I was so thrilled to take my two boys, age 7 and 3, on their first ski trip while visiting Granby Ranch over the holidays and to get to teach them to ski myself. Between family time and studying for the PE Exam, I began my first DIY woodworking project that kicked off many more to come in my family’s new home.” -Joshua Ginther

Joshua is now the 17th recipient of the Redland sabbatical program, and there are several others behind him. Redland will continue to support associates who enjoy the work and have an appetite to make our company better. The sabbatical program is just one of the many benefits an associate is eligible for here at Redland.
