From Campus to Career: Aspiring Engineers Learn About Redland

Where does a career in land development begin? For many students this fall, it started with a conversation at a campus career fair!

Redland connected with the best and brightest at the University of Colorado and Colorado State University engineering fairs. Our recruiting team had numerous conversations with talented future engineers who wanted to learn more about what Redland has to offer.

At Redland, we are committed to seeking out driven, skilled, and collaborative applicants who are eager to develop their careers. The Redland Internship Program guides future civil engineers, land planners, landscape architects, and construction managers through the land development process. Through mentorship, site visits, and hands-on programming, interns will learn about each Redland service and how they work together to create great places.
