Redland is thrilled to announce the approval of the Sweetgrass Preliminary Development Plan (PDP) in Dacono, Colorado. Just minutes away from I-25, Sweetgrass is a desirable and growing North Denver neighborhood. The existing Sweetgrass community has been expanding for the past 18 years and is now set to see an even greater mix of housing opportunities for future residents. Redland’s Land Planning and Landscape Architecture teams are currently designing the new 5-acre neighborhood park and future filings 6 and 7.

The existing community provides a variety of single-family detached neighborhoods, the Kenneth Homyak Charter School, and amenities including several pocket parks, trail corridors, and a swimming pool. Redland and the Dacono Development Group aim to provide Sweetgrass with even more attainable single-family homes that follow the new approved development standards and welcomes families into the community.
