Located within the Firestone City Center off the corner of Jake Jabs Parkway and City Centre Drive comes a new retail development. Target will occupy a brand new 128,000 square-foot building on a 11.5-acre lot just off Interstate 25, providing easy customer access for all Firestone residents and visitors as well. The project recently broke ground in April and is expected to open in the Summer of 2026.

Redland is proud to work with Target Corporation on this exciting addition for the Firestone community, an area that Redland has worked on extensively throughout the years. For this new site, Redland provided civil engineering, landscape architecture and construction management to meet development guidelines. Redland also worked with AE Design to provide the parking lot electrical design and Hines on the irrigation design.
