Located in Brighton, Colorado the new master-planned community, Farmlore, is set to begin construction. The 500-acre site will be divided into three neighborhoods with a mix of single family and multi-family homes, additional types of homes will be offered in future filings. Brighton has a rich history of agriculture, and Farmlore resides on a former family farm that has spent three generations blooming flowers. The new community aims to keep the rural charm alive all while embracing the convenience of being located near Historic Brighton, Denver, and more. Three neighborhood parks, an iconic restored farmhouse and a multitude of trails are sure to make this an active location.

Redland has been working with the developer, Vintage Homes and Land LLC, to provide a number of services for Farmlore. Redland has taken on entitlements, land planning, and landscape architecture for this project.
