Farmlore, a new master-planned community located in Brighton, Colorado is set to begin construction. The 500-acre site will be divided into three neighborhoods with a mix of single family, single-family attached, and multi-family homes. Brighton has a rich history of agriculture, and the new community aims to keep the rural charm alive. The future community park, neighborhood parks, and iconic restored farmhouse will provide a variety of outdoor spaces to celebrate the agricultural character.

Redland has been working with the developer, Vintage Homes and Land LLC, to provide a number of services for Farmlore. Redland has taken on entitlements, land planning, and landscape architecture for this project.
