Berkley Shores Breaks Ground in Adams County

Berkley Shores is an urban infill project that provides Adams County with centrally located housing along the Front Range. The project is a combination of waterfront single-family homes and a community of townhomes. It provides 17 single-family detached units and 72 townhome units. The community space consists of a neighborhood garden, a small park feature with a climbing area, picnic shelter, outdoor grills, and a deck overlooking Lake Pomponio. Redland provided land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering and entitlement services for this new community.
