Aero 70: An Inside Look With Redland

Industrial developers need speed. Municipalities need infrastructure built to last. Redland knows how to deliver both.

– Our planners navigate the entitlement process for quicker turnaround

– Our combined services provide an integrated approach from master plan to construction

– Our engineers transform pre-existing site constraints into long-term infrastructure solutions

Since 2020, Redland has driven Aero 70 Phase 1 forward with land planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction administration. The 65-acre United Properties industrial development in the City of Aurora is now nearing completion.

Redland organized a company-wide site walk to Aero 70. Why go back to a site we already know? Because every industrial project brings new challenges and new learning opportunities.

Site walk leaders Allison Stavish, Brian Waldman, Jack Dudley, and William Conway shared how they managed tight timelines, a new interchange, code requirements, warehouse requirements, and a complex pond design to keep Phase 1 on track. When we walk the site and bring the lessons home, our future industrial projects are ready for those challenges before they arrive. That’s what it means to be “Always Curious” and that is one of the reasons why Redland was named CREDA Colorado’s 2026 Civil Engineer of the Year.
