Splendid Valley Neighborhood Park

Located within the growing Farmlore neighborhood in Brighton a new community gathering space is on its way. Splendid Valley Neighborhood park will serve as a residential amenity for the community’s initial phase of development which will include an expanded dog park, game area, demonstration area, gathering locations, and open space amenities.

The 4.5 acre park is inspired by Farmlore’s agricultural heritage and aims to honor that through playful design. Splendid Valley will feature an iconic windmill play structure, public art in the form of repurposed tractors, and even grain bins that celebrate the site’s agrarian roots. The result is a park that honors the area’s history while creating additional opportunities for recreation, connection, and community for future residents.

Redland partnered with Vintage Homes and Land to provide Landscape Architecture services for the project. Through close collaboration with the City of Brighton, the design evolved into a dynamic blend of passive and active recreation opportunities. Redland looks forward to seeing the Splendid Valley Park vision come to life and becoming a daily destination for the Farmlore.
