Located in Aurora, the Saddle Rock Institute is a modern, patient-focused oral surgery and dental care facility serving residents of the Denver-Aurora metro area. A 4,100 square foot office with plans for a 6,000 square foot expansion. The space features a 45-car parking lot, and a patient drop off/pick up area.

Redland supported the development of the Saddle Rock Institute through comprehensive Land Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and entitlement services. Redland’s coordinated approach helped deliver a well-planned, visually appealing medical building that is a welcomed addition to Saddle Rock Village.
