Parker Free Standing Emergency Department

A welcomed addition to the Town of Parker, this 10,800 square-foot free-standing emergency department expands access to high-quality, 24/7 emergency care for the surrounding community. Located within the Pine Bluff development along the highly traveled Parker Road corridor, the facility was thoughtfully planned to serve patients with speed and efficiency. The site plan prioritized clear, intuitive circulation with dedicated access for ambulances and safe patient drop-off areas, ensuring seamless emergency response and ease of use for all visitors.

Redland’s Landscape Architects integrated water efficient principles for the majority of the site utilizing low water use trees, shrubs, perennials and native seed. Varied landscape plantings along Parker Road creates a soft edge treatment and reduces the visual impact of the parking and drive isle. Redland also provided Civil Engineering services and entitlements, working closely with the Town of Parker to ensure development success.
