Milehouse at Belleview Station is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development located in Denver’s Tech Center, adjacent to the Belleview light rail station near I-25. The 3-acre site is part of the larger Belleview Station area with quick access to work, school, shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The five-story Milehouse development includes 325 apartment units above approximately 35,700 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space. Residents have access to nearby trails and neighborhood services along with on-site fitness spaces, rooftop areas, and a pool. Multi-level parking is integrated into the building, keeping the site compact and functional.
Redland provided Civil Engineering services for Milehouse, concentrating on streetscape design, site grading, and pedestrian circulation. Significant grade changes required public right-of-way improvements that ensured sidewalks, streets, and building entrances worked together across a steep site. Working alongside the project team, Redland aligned grading and drainage with streetscape elements to ensure the site functioned smoothly within the surrounding Belleview Station area. Milehouse was completed in 2017, following the neighboring Den at Belleview Station.
