Redland is proud to be part of the team for Intersand’s new facility in Windsor, Colorado. Intersand, a Canada-based global cat litter producer, just opened its first U.S. headquarters at the Great Western Industrial Park.

A 43,800 square foot manufacturing building with parking for 22 cars and loading docks for 6 trucks.  The building will be rail served.  Improvements included widening of existing roadways, regional stormwater management and utility extensions, and a railroad spur off of the Great Western Railway’s mainline.
