Frontier Estates is a 39-acre, single-family residential neighborhood in Firestone, Colorado, located north of Saddleback Golf Course and just minutes from Miner’s Park.

As Firestone continues to grow along the I-25 corridor, Frontier Estates adds 182 new single-family homes alongside neighborhood open space and connections to surrounding streets and trails. Framed by views of the Rocky Mountains, the community reflects Firestone’s appeal as a place that combines outdoor access, a strong community feel, and expanding local amenities, contributing to the town’s long-term residential growth.

Redland was brought in during the planning phase to provide Construction Management services for all horizontal improvements. The team led contractor bidding and selection, coordinated construction activities, and maintained clear oversight of cost, schedule, and risk. Beginning in spring 2025, Redland managed earthwork, utilities, roadway improvements, and landscape-related construction, with continued oversight of concrete and paving as the project advances. Redland’s early and focused involvement has helped position Frontier Estates for a smooth transition into vertical construction.
