Denver Broncos Training Facility

Dove Valley is the longtime headquarters of the 3-time world champion Denver Broncos, located in Centennial, Colorado, and in 2018 an expansion to their training facility was completed. The expansion focused on improving player training and recovery rooms as well as team meeting spaces. The addition included two stories and spanned 10,000 square feet.

The expansion required assistance in the entitlement phase, and Redland was proud to partner with our local NFL team throughout the approval process. Redland coordinated closely with the design team, regulatory agencies, and ownership to navigate entitlements and ensure the project advanced efficiently. In addition, Redland provided civil engineering services, including water quality and detention improvements that supported both the expansion and the long-term functionality of the site.
