Redland provided Land Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Construction Management services for Cardel Homes. Other vendor partners included Aztec Consultants, CTL Thompson, Structural Support Consulting Engineers, and Birch Ecology. Coordination with Jefferson County, FEMA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Ken Caryl Water & Sanitation District, Denver Water and the surrounding community was crucial to the success of Deer Creek.
